* Program Requirements
These multidisciplinary programs, unique in Ontario, will enable you to learn about different aspects of the francophonie (cultural, legal, linguistic, social, educative, political) throughout the world, in French, from leading Canadian researchers on the topic.
The minor is for students who are looking for a program in tune with current reality and issues involving francophone communities in Ontario, Quebec, across the country and abroad.
The certificate is for people such as recent secondary schools or college graduates or, experienced volunteers, community workers or civil servants wishing to add to their knowledge of the francophonie. To facilitate access to the program, some courses are offered in late afternoon or in the evening.
This program is offered in French only.
Requirements for this program have been modified. Please consult the 2025-2026 calendars for the previous requirements.
