        * The Master of Education (M.Ed.) with course-based option;
        * The Master of Education (M.Ed.) with research paper option;
        * The Master of Education (M.Ed.) fully online;
        * The Master of Arts in Education (M.A.);
        * The Doctor of Philosophy in Education (Ph.D.).

      The faculty’s location in the heart of Ottawa offers you an exceptional range of programs in both official languages, which enables you to fully enjoy all the benefits of Canada's capital. The programs are offered in English and French and are governed by the academic regulations in effect for graduate studies.

      Microprogram in Program Evaluation in Professional Contexts

      The University of Ottawa Graduate Microprogram in Program Evaluation is offered in French and in English. It targets individuals who are or will be working in program evaluation who are interested in developing their competencies as program evaluators. It aims to develop individuals’ abilities to conduct program evaluations as well as interpret and use program evaluation findings.

      For the most accurate and up to date information on application deadlines, language tests and other admission requirements, please visit the specific requirements webpage.

      Candidates are required to have:

        * an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Health Sciences or Psychology (or equivalent);
        * an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Health Sciences or Psychology (or equivalent) or be currently enrolled in a Masters (MEd or MA) or PhD in Education;
        * a minimum of 70% (B) average calculated in accordance with the graduate studies guidelines;
        * proficiency in either English or French;

      On completion of the micro-program, qualified students meeting admission requirements can apply to one of the related graduate programs, in particular the MA, the MEd, or PhD in Education and, upon admission, complete the requirements for those programs with units granted for relevant courses already completed in the micro-program. The number of units remaining would be assessed individually, at the time of admission, with relation to the student's chosen graduate program.

      Students who are currently enrolled in a Masters (MEd or MA) or PhD in Education can concurrently complete this micro-program (as part of their existing program). These students must complete all of the credits in the microprogram. They can then count these credits from towards their existing Masters or PhD in Education.

      To meet the requirements of the microprogram, the following courses must be successfully completed:
