Are you interested in having your scientific knowledge help and impact upon society at large? Via an inter-disciplinary selection of courses at the 2nd, 3rd and 4th year level, the Faculty of Science has created a microprogram in Science Communication that will empower you with skills and strategies to engage the public in discussions around science, to promote a public understanding of science and evidence-based decision-making. The microprogram culminates with a semester long capstone experience in science communication through your choice of research-based or practical activities.

The table below includes only option-specific courses. Please refer to the Academic Regulations for information on the possible combinations available within the Faculty of Science.
